এক তলা বাড়ির খরচ সম্পর্কে ধারনা
বাড়ি তৈরির খরচ জানতে হলে কিছু বিষয় আগে জানা দরকার যেমন – জায়গার মাপ, রুম কয়টি, দরজা- জানালা কয়টি, দামি না কম দামি উপকরন ব্যবহার করবে ইত্যাদি। এই ধরনের বিষয়ের উত্তর ভিন্ন ভিন্ন মানুষের ক্ষেত্রে ভিন্ন ভিন্ন হবে। তাই এই লিখায় বাড়ি তৈরির খরচের একটি ধারনা দিচ্ছি। এই ধারনা থেকে তথ্য নিয়ে আপনার প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী হিসাব করে নিতে পারেন।

আমরা দেখেছি একটি এক তলা বাড়ি তৈরি করতে ১ স্কয়ার ফুটে খরচ হয় ১২০০ থেকে ১৫০০ টাকা (সকল খরচ)। অর্থাৎ কম করে হলে প্রতি স্কয়ার ফুটে ১২০০ টাকা এবং জাঁকজমক হলে প্রতি স্কয়ার ফুটে ১৫০০ টাকা খরচ হবে। এখানে ২০০০ স্কয়ার ফুটের বাড়ি তৈরির সম্ভাব্য মোট খরচ দেখানো হল। আপনি আপনার জায়গা অনুযায়ী হিসাব করে নিয়েন।

কোন খাতে কত খরচঃ-
উপরে আমরা দেখেছি প্রতি স্কয়ার ফুটের খরচ ১২০০ টাকা করে হলে ২০০০ স্কয়ার ফুটের বাড়ি তৈরির সম্ভাব্য মোট খরচ হয় ২৪,০০,০০০ টাকা। এখন আমরা দেখবো মোট খরচের ২৪,০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে কোন খাতে কত খরচ হয়। নিচে খাত ভিত্তিক খরচ উল্লেখ করা হল।
« লেবার খরচ=২৫% (৬,০০,০০০ টাকা)
« ইটের খরচ=১২% (২,৮৮,০০০ টাকা)

« দরজা জানালার খরচ=১২% (২,৮৮,০০০ টাকা)
